aspects of our lives in buckets, so when we improve one area, we improve the overall quality of our lives. I will teach you
the time-proven techniques that you can use to achieve your highest and best vision of yourself, or at the very least, achieve happiness.
At
one time, I had unconscious beliefs that I now refer to as my Three Stooges, "I'm not worthy, I'm not good enough, I'm
not enough." I realized that any time I was under stress any one of those ego-based beliefs would appear and sabotage
my happiness, goals, achievement or whatever I was doing at the time.
Oprah Winfrey had a subconscious belief, "I'm ugly." She has battled weight and body issues
her entire life. Michael Jackson had, "I'm bad." He made millions off of that song, and we know what happened there.
Demi Moore is afraid that she is, "unlovable." Conversely, positive belief systems yield amazing results! Steve
Jobs had a personal belief, "I'm special." Tiger Woods has, "I can't lose." But the shadow side can sabotage
even these winning beliefs.
